


The bachelor alum hanna brown28 years old, returns to the reality show on January 4 in the FOX series Special forces – the toughest test in the world, where 16 celebrities will face grueling challenges inspired by the actual Special Forces selection process. Hannah spoke to hollywood life EXCLUSIVELY at the red carpet premiere on Dec. 13, explaining how fans will see a whole new side of every celebrity recruit, including Ken Moore, jamie lynn spearY Kate Gosselin.

“It was such a transformative show, every single person who was a part of it learned something about themselves in these extreme moments that you really can’t experience any other way,” Hannah tells us. “That was what was so different about this show and something that I think people are really going to love to see.”
“[You see] Fully stripped down versions of all those people you’ve seen on TV or admired, stripped down. [of their] i the dancing with the Stars Added the winner. “We see everyone as themselves and not as this character they’ve played or just their favorite athlete. That’s when you really discover who you really are.”
Hannah explained that while she’s always been authentic in past TV shows like Peter Weberseason The bachelorthis rigorous new series shows the Alabama native in a “different light” than before.
“It really shows me who I am, [because] when all the comforts of life are gone, you see who you really are,” she said. “I was interested to see who it was because I don’t think you know unless you have a chance to take advantage of it. [tough] path. You have to do it the hard way, the best way, the way that will make you feel better.
Hannah is obviously not a professional athlete like her peers. Special forces recruits mikepiazza, Nastya LyukinY charles lloyd, but still learned a lot by doing something outside of her comfort zone. “It’s really about facing your biggest fears and getting really vulnerable about that that makes you step back and not fully step into everything you’re supposed to be,” she told HL.

“I think we all have insecurities that make us take a step back and think, ‘Oh, I don’t know if I can do this.’ None of us thought we could do any of these tasks, but doing it anyway, it was really tempting for me to push myself so that I was on the other side,” Hannah explained. “And let me understand that I am much stronger than I think. , anyway. I think that’s what we’ve all learned.”
