‘The Last of Us’ will premiere on HBO Max with an extended first episode

‘The Last of Us’ is about to see the light. On January 16, the series based on video games by Neil Druckmann, It will premiere on HBO Max with a very, very long first chapter.

The premiere will run up to 85 minutes, that is, the series will start with a feature film (short, yes), as confirmed by HBO Latino. It’s more than usual, but this is something fans will surely appreciate, as it indicates that the series will take a conservative amount of time to develop the beginning of the adventure which will be narrated over nine chapters.
