Russian pop singer Dmitry Bikbaev escaped serious injury after falling from a cable during a reunion concert with the musical group BiS. The lead vocalist plunged around three metres during the performance but managed to complete the show before seeking medical treatment.
Bikbaev was hospitalised immediately following the concert for a comprehensive medical evaluation. Doctors conducted ultrasound scans and X-rays, which revealed no fractures or damage to internal organs.
Anton Klykov, the manager of BiS, disclosed details of the singer's condition in comments reported by the Russian television outlet Fifth Channel. Klykov explained that Bikbaev finished the entire concert without giving any indication to the audience that he had been hurt, calling the effort remarkable given the severity of the fall.
Medical Diagnosis and Tour Schedule
Medical staff diagnosed the artist with a severe bruise and a sprain. Bikbaev will need to wear a supportive medical brace for a period of time while he recovers from the injury.
Despite the accident, the group's management confirmed that upcoming schedule commitments remain unchanged. The planned reunion concerts will proceed as scheduled without any postponements.

The fall occurred during a special concert celebrating the reunion of BiS. The musical group was originally formed in 2007 during the seventh season of the popular television talent competition Fabrika Zvyozd, also known as Star Factory. The project operated under the guidance of the prominent music producer and composer Konstantin Meladze, who launched the duo into widespread national prominence.
Fabrika Zvyozd was one of the most influential reality music shows in Russian television history, serving as a platform for emerging pop performers.
