Dominican television program Divertido con Jochy has named Sophia Sanabria and Natalie B as new presenters for its second season, premiering Sunday, October 4, at 12:00 p.m. on Color Vision in Santo Domingo.
The new cast members will join returning co-hosts Rosmery Herrand, Gabriella de la O, Jay Jimenez, and Valentina Campion for the broadcast, officially named the Season of Joy.
Divertido con Jochy is a long-running Dominican weekend variety show led by veteran broadcaster Jochy Santos. The family-focused program airs nationwide on Color Vision, a major television network operating in Santo Domingo. Show producers designed the upcoming season to combine established personalities with fresh talent across television, radio, digital platforms, fashion, and general entertainment.
New additions to the hosting team
Sophia Sanabria brings a background in fashion and style trends to the broadcast. Sanabria described her arrival on Divertido con Jochy as a new professional challenge as she steps into live television hosting. Production officials noted that her camera presence and personal style will allow her to show a different dimension of her media career while contributing her personality to the show.
Natalie B joins the program with an established digital audience of more than 900,000 followers on social media platform TikTok, where she built a following with spontaneous, authentic, and comedic video content.
The content creator will participate in front of the cameras and help develop experiences and content designed specifically for the social media channels of Divertido con Jochy. Production leadership stated that her inclusion aims to bring the program closer to younger audiences and extend its content beyond traditional television screens.
Returning cast members
Returning host Rosmery Herrand rejoins the lineup after participating in the first season. An actress, communicator, and content producer, Herrand is known for her humor and character creation across film, television, and theater. Her comedic work previously earned her a nomination for Comedian of the Year at the Soberano Awards, the principal national entertainment honors in the Dominican Republic.
Valentina Campion also returns to the hosting team following recent milestones in media and pageantry. Campion was named first runner-up and awarded the Miss Popularity title at the Miss Dominican Republic Universe pageant, the national competition that selects the country's representative for Miss Universe. She works as a model, communicator, master of ceremonies, and brand ambassador.
Gabriella de la O returns as a co-host, bringing experience across radio, television, and digital platforms. A radio announcer and master of ceremonies who frequently hosts professional conferences, de la O is widely recognized on social media for her digital content titled Cantaleta de tapon.
Communicator, content creator, and producer Jay Jimenez completes the group of announced talent. Jimenez returned after participating in the first season, where he stood out for his charisma and on-screen chemistry with host Jochy Santos. He also works as a brand and event host, representing a new generation of Dominican media personalities working in national entertainment.
Upcoming announcements and season format
Production representatives stated in advance of the launch that additional talent will be revealed before the second season premiere. The upcoming additions will include a renewed lineup for the Coro Divertido choir, as well as the production team responsible for field reporting outside the studio. These names will be announced soon as part of the countdown to the show's return to television.
The new season will maintain its format based on family entertainment, live music, comedy, audience contests, human interest stories, and viewer interaction. By incorporating new talent, the program expands its hosting team while retaining key personalities from its initial stage.
