The 35-year-old fell to the ground as her feud with 27-year-old Abbie escalated overnight. She took a day off from her summer KIIS breakfast show with Mitch Churi and Phil Burton and instead apologized in a statement on Instagram.
The pair’s feud stems from a segment on The Kyle & Jackie O Show last month in which Brittany allegedly made disrespectful comments about Abbie’s love life.
Meanwhile, the “slut-shaming” controversy shows no signs of slowing down after Abbie cruelly dismissed Brittany’s apology on Wednesday afternoon.

Brittany apologized for her comments during her November interview with Yung Gravy, in which she joked about his plans with Abbie, but The Masked Singer judge said it was insufficient and only showed her “internalized misogyny”.
She rejected the excuse that mistakes were made on live radio and that she tried to limit her contributions during the interview once Abbie was mentioned.
The former Bachelor star also slammed Brittany for not taking a stand against her co-host Kyle Sandilands when he said Gravy would have to queue if he wanted to date Abbie.

Abbie and Brittany Hockley made headlines after she revealed Abbie was dating American rapper Yung Gravy, with Abbie claiming she was “not ashamed” of Brittany and Kyle.
“Live radio is difficult, but if I say something off the air, I immediately send the person a message. But you didn’t, which showed you weren’t shy after doing it. You only realized the very obvious problem after I called you,” she wrote.
“Nor did you say as little as possible. You have added comments. you weren’t quiet You asked if we had sex after Kyle asked if I sent naked. You raised me a total of two more times [during the Yung Gravy interview].
“Don’t blame the segment and live radio. If you can’t hold your own in this environment, this might not be for you.

Abbie went on to say she was “not shocked” by Brittany’s comments given their time together on dating show Bachelor in Paradise in 2020.
Meanwhile, Yung Gravy spoke up, telling The Brag that he “didn’t like” the way Brittany and Kyle reacted when the conversation turned to his friendship with Abbie.
“I remember that interview … I remember them saying that. I thought, “This is pretty crazy,” he said.

“Hopefully they’re good friends because I didn’t like the way he was [Kyle] answered it.’
The feud broke out on Tuesday when Abbie called out Brittany for making a joke about her love life while interviewing Gravy live on KIIS FM last month.
At the time, she filled in for Jackie ‘O’ Henderson on The Kyle and Jackie O Show with Kyle Sandilands.

While Kyle was the one leading the conversation, Abbie said that Brittany was complicit in his “misogyny” by refusing to speak out.
Britt released a statement on Instagram on Wednesday in which she apologized for her involvement in the “misogynistic” pranks and maintained that she has always advocated for women’s empowerment.
“I want to apologize for the subtly misogynistic tone of the interview,” she began.
“The nature of live radio is unpredictable and often unplanned, as is the direction of the discussion. Live on the radio, I was in a position where Abbie and I were competing against each other.”

Meanwhile, Yung Gravy spoke up for himself, telling The Brag that he “didn’t like” the way Brittany and Kyle reacted when the conversation turned to his friendship with Abbie.
