Block star Elle Ferguson has been sued over an apparent Instagram failure.
The 37-year-old Sydney influencer, who wrapped up this year’s season after just two days on site, shared a sponsored post for a beauty brand on Tuesday but apparently forgot to proofread her caption.
She posted a close-up photo of herself with her hair in a neat bun while resting her head on one hand and drawing attention to a diamond ring on her finger.

“Current train of thought,” she wrote in the caption.
Elle must have meant “thoughts” and her misspelling did not go unnoticed in the comments section.
“Mood?” One follower wrote, while another added: “You mean ‘workout’.”

One fan bluntly remarked, “It’s ‘train,’ baby,” and another couldn’t help but joke, “Whoa whoa.”
“Read proof of the caption” left the chat,” said one follower.
The terms “train of thought” and “chain of thought” are both idioms.

One fan bluntly said: “It’s ‘train’, baby,” and another couldn’t help but joke: “Whoah whoah.”
“Thought” is a series of thoughts or ideas that someone has, while “chain of thoughts” means a train of thought.
Several fans noted this in the comments and told the others to stop making fun of Elle because maybe she wasn’t really wrong.

Elle and her partner Joel Patfull, 37, are perhaps best known for throwing in the towel just two days after joining this year’s season of The Block.
The snap decision left the cast and crew of the Channel Nine series “blindsided”.
At the time, the couple said they were leaving because Joel’s mother, Trish, broke her neck in a fall at her home in Adelaide.
But presenter Scott Cam doubted that, accusing her of fleeing the site in the middle of the night because the show wasn’t “on fire” for her.
He also said they complained “the toilet paper was too scratchy.”

But the blogger and retired AFL player denied this, insisting they were calling it quits due to a legitimate family emergency.
Elle, who describes herself as a “global digital influencer and entrepreneur”, was later snubbed by an in-depth poll by The Oz, which listed Australia’s 100 most influential online creators.
