Taylor Hale on historic ‘Big Brother’ win and relationship with Joseph Abdin: ‘I see an eternity with him’ (Exclusive)

Taylor Hale27, she’s still over the moon two months after becoming the first black woman to win Big Brother🇧🇷 The former beauty pageant champion was harassed and ostracized earlier in the season, but defied the odds and won the $750,000 grand prize in an almost unanimous vote from the jury. She was also voted America’s Favorite Houseguest by fans and took home an additional $50,000. she said the tailor hollywood life EXCLUSIVELY that she was blown away by the response from fans, especially other Black women who connected about her home swing experience.

“Any black woman who comes to me, especially those who are longtime fans of the show, will say something very specific about their personal life where they saw their lived experience in the Big Brother house. They felt that what happened could never happen,” Taylor told us. “That was my only reason for joining the game, to show that we deserve to be here. The impact that can occur on a person is very greater than I expected.

At the beginning of season 24, Taylor was abused by many of her guests, including the other black contestants. “Going back and seeing the conversations they had about me was really hard,” the Michigan native admitted. “You can see that until it became clear that people turned against me in the beginning, I never tried to badmouth the other black people in the house. Knowing I didn’t get the same treatment from the start hurts and I’m still processing it, but I manage to separate the game from the personal.

Not only did Taylor win $800,000, but she also found love with another guest. Jose Abdin🇧🇷 After forming a close relationship at home, Taylor and the handsome lawyer confirmed they were dating on Nov. 9, and she told us she’s seeing “forever” with him!

“We want to make sure we take the right steps and approach slowly,” Taylor said of her romance with Joseph, who hails from Florida. “We had talks getting over the mud at the Big Brother house and now we have a very strong and very happy relationship. I really love this guy.” She also confirmed that the two are planning their future careers (she wants to work in entertainment news, as she’s opening a law firm) before moving in together. “Wherever we are, we’re really solid and I don’t think that distance will be a factor separating us,” Taylor said.

So Taylor would Big Brother still? Taylor said she agrees with CBS that she does a short 3-4 week game with other winners or stars. “I would be interested in a condensed game. I think that would be really cool,” she said.

Taylor also nominated the player four times. Janelle Pierzina who else he wants to team up with in a potential future season. “I think he’s the nicest person there is,” Taylor said. “I haven’t met her yet, so if I see her for the first time at the Big Brother house, that would be great.”
