Darvid Garayeli showed his ex-girlfriend Brooke Blurton what she misses as he flexed his massive muscles for charity on Thursday.
The former Bachelorette star, 28, posted topless photos of herself and revealed that he had just finished “Day 10 of 30,000 a day for Movember”.
In the Instagram post, he urged his followers to “call your son, brother, father or uncle and reach out” to help promote men’s mental health awareness.

I just completed day 10 of 30,000 a day for Movember. It certainly wasn’t easy – the jogging days and the 30km race took me out,” he began the post.
“I hope to raise awareness and open up the conversation that life is hard sometimes and it’s even harder when you’re trying to make it on your own.
“Talk to your friends, you’re a stone’s throw away from someone else fighting the same things as you.”
The former Bachelorette star posted topless photos of herself and revealed that she had just completed “Day 10 of 30,000 a day for Movember.”
He went on to say he had “20 days left” before urging his followers to click on the link in his bio to donate to Movember.
It comes after Darvid revealed that he and Brooke had split on January 2 – which caught the former Bachelorette off guard.
Although they both agreed to divorce, Brooke said she didn’t expect Darvid to announce it publicly.
In the Instagram post, he asked his followers to “call and ask your son, brother, father or uncle” to find out about men’s mental health awareness
“Start the new year with the closing of a chapter and hopefully the beginning of a new one,” he wrote at the time.
“Unfortunately, Brooke and I broke up. While we both genuinely thought we were each other’s persona, things change and that’s okay.”
The split has since turned acrimonious, with Brooke removing all evidence from her Instagram of the couple, who live together in Melbourne.

At the time, Brooke tried to keep details of the end of their relationship under wraps, but Brooke recently confessed to NITV that she felt Darvid wanted to “humiliate” her by publicizing their split.
Brooke told the network she had “no choice” to make the split so public and wished Darvid had waited to announce it.
They also unfollowed and blocked each other on social media.
