Buckingham Palace will soon see new changes, albeit short-lived. Charles III will not appear in the castle for about two years, and for good reason.
The king intends to temporarily leave the throne because of a long journey through the Commonwealth countries. Charles wants to repeat the great journey of the mother queen, who visited 21 countries and made 52 royal visits in the 1970s, The Mirror writes. The journey is said to take about 700 calendar days.
Who will act in place of the supreme ruler is still unknown. His place is likely to be taken by the next Prince William on the list, which will leave Elizabeth II’s grandson in for more trouble.
