Ukrainian actress Ekaterina Kuznetsova, who played policewoman Anna in the first season of Vampires of the Middle Band, left the project. Her place was taken by Anastasia Stezhko, whom viewers had previously seen in the series Molodezhka and Policeman from Rublyovka.
Film critic Pavel Voronkov believes that changes in the cast will not lead to the failure of the new season of the comic-mystic detective.
“It all depends on how the new actress handled the role. Obviously, the situation is extraordinary, but what else had to happen – the previous actress left for Kiev, to her homeland.
These things happen from time to time. Sometimes you have to switch actors. In some cases it works out well, in others it doesn’t. But in this situation you don’t have to worry because the series is really very worthy,” the film critic told PopCornNews.
