Queen Letizia refuses to say goodbye to summer: the keys to her latest look

The month of September has started and I get the expected ‘back to school’ for many. A new phase begins in the last stretch of the year after the summer holidays and, like the rest of mortals, Queen Letizia has resumed her professional duties that were on her agenda. In the afternoon of Tuesday, King Felipe VI’s wife appeared again in an act in Lérida, signaling the start of the new course that has just begun.

The reason for his return has to do with the conference cancer tour, which is organized by the Spanish Association Against Cancer, an institution whose spouse is the permanent honorary president. For the occasion, Doña Letizia saved a design she first wore in 2018. It is a dress made of chiffon in a coral shade with a crossed neckline and a print flowers. Kimono style design with a matching belt in the same fabric. How could it be otherwise, the Queen once again opted for a midi cut, without a doubt one of her favourites, although this summer she was seen on her traditional Mallorca holidays with the King and his daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia with a mini model she doesn’t normally wear, but that was most flattering.

Letizia combined this style with some stilettos I gave it. Once again, Felipe VI’s wife showed that this kind of footwear should not be missing from her extensive dressing room. Although he mainly opts for espadrilles with ankle straps in the summer season, pumps are again the main component of his shoes when temperatures drop. outfits, because sandals are usually combined in rare cases. As for the hairstyle, this time I chose waves marked with the parting in the middle. Following the same stylistic line as always, it stood out with the invent her cheekbones, but gives a natural effect to the face. She also used shadows in earth tones to further deepen her look and create a shine without color, in neutral color. It also attracted special attention that despite the end of the summer, the mother of the future heir to the throne is still wearing a brown uniform, which was made even more striking by the lively outfit she wore on this important date.

There is barely a week left for the Queen to turn 50, specifically on September 15. It is worth noting that it is deeply involved in the functioning and challenges of this association, which aims to “fund high-quality civil society cancer research that improves people’s lives, in a globalized environment, involving all sectors of society in obtaining results”.

During the intervention, Letizia, who was very close to those present, listened to the words of Dr. Carlos López-Otín, who led the conference that will tour different parts of Spain to increase the visibility and knowledge of this disease in society, in addition to transferring the free services offered by the Association to cancer patients and their families. Other authorities were also present with the partner, such as the president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, Ramón Reyes; dr. Carlos Lopez-Otin; and the president of the Spanish Cancer Association in Lleida, Sisco Maranges.

After this return after the holidays, Queen Letizia will continue her royal duties and will once again become the protagonist of the day this Friday. The destination he will travel to is the island of La Palma, when exactly the first anniversary of the historic eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano is celebrated, to chair the reopening ceremony of a total of three Early Childhood and Primary Education centers. On the other hand, the countdown begins to blow out 50 candles as Princess Leonor continues her second year of baccalaureate studies in Wales, while the youngest of the family enters the 4th year of ESO.
