Simon Thomas has announced that his wife, Derrina Jebb, is pregnant with their first child.
The 49-year-old Sky Sports presenter came five years after losing his wife, Gemma. Blood cancer in 2017, three days after the diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia.
Simon happily announced that he will be expanding his family with a sweet Instagram post on Saturday in which he shared an ultrasound photo of his wife.

Simon wrote: “Fourteen months ago today @chrissayburn and @brittanysipling sang this beautiful blessing song about us.
‘A little blessing is coming…!’
She also shared a video with clips from their wedding day before slowly revealing her hands scanning.

Two years after Gemma’s death, Simon found love with Derrina and they were married in July 2021 in a ceremony at Norwich Cathedral.
