But Jesy Nelson brought out her natural locks after giving up hair extensions and wigs.

The 31-year-old singer was nothing short of sensational when she took to Instagram to share a photo of her curls on Sunday.

She wore a black lace bralette with a plunging neckline that revealed a generous neckline.

Jesy also chose a face full of glamorous makeup, complete with winged eyeliner and pink lipstick.

She captioned the beautiful photo, “Natural hair is finally healthy again.”

The stunning shooting came after it was announced that Jesy had left Polydor record label just 14 months after signing with them.

The hit producer, who also left Little Mix in December 2020, took a “clean break” with the music giant after deciding to take his career “in a different direction”.

One music expert shared that he “wanted to start over while everyone was still friends” and insisted that “there was no fight in the beginning”.

A source told MailOnline: “Jesy has decided that the time is right for her to clean the board. She and the tag have been going in different directions for the past few months.

‘And although there is no interruption; Jesy thought it best to start over while everyone else was still friends.

They continued: “He enjoyed his time with Polydor, but instead of moving forward together despite having very different musical ideas for the future, he now wants to be able to fully develop his ideas as an individual artist.”

According to Il SoleA, record label bosses told Jesy to “go back to the drawing board” when they heard some of the music she was working on.

A separate source said: “Jesy has worked incredibly hard on her solo music. After releasing Boyz last year, he let the record company play the first versions of songs he invented.

“The bosses were sure there was potential, but they wanted him back on the drawing board. They thought the rails would help, so he did.

“He’s determined to play his new music for them only if it’s perfect, so they haven’t heard anything since.”

An insider added that he has “high hopes” for Jesy’s album when it’s ready.
