Exclusive: For the second consecutive year, the GLAAD Media Awards will have an official Hulu streaming partner. Streamer will introduce viewers to the LGBTQ Awards show, taking place in Los Angeles from April 2-16.
The party honors the media for its fair, accurate and inclusive coverage of LGBTQ people and issues.
HBO’s Emmy-nominated series hosts and producers we are hereBob Drag Quinn, Eureka O’Hara and DJ “Shangella” Pierce will host the 33rd annual celebration, honoring Casey Musgraves with the Avant-Garde Award and Michael Jae Rodriguez with the Stephen F. Kolzac Award.
Award winners will be announced in various GLAAD Television and Film categories. The ceremony will open with a special performance by singer-songwriter Jake Wesley Rogers.
