A Foo Fighters representative said: On Thursday, Billboard said the band was pulling out of their scheduled Grammy Awards performance.
The announcement came two days after the band announced they would cancel their remaining concert bookings.
“It is with great regret that the Foo Fighters have approved the cancellation of all upcoming tour dates in light of our brother’s stunning loss,” the statement said.
Taylor, 50, was found dead in his hotel room in Bogota, Colombia on March 25, when the Foo Fighters were scheduled to play at the Estereo Picnic Festival that day.

On March 26, the Colombian Attorney General announced on Twitter that 10 different types of substances had been discovered in Taylor’s system after his death.
A preliminary toxicology test showed that these substances included opioids, benzodiazepines, THC and tricyclic antidepressants.
An autopsy said she suffered “cardiovascular collapse” as a result of her drug addiction, and forensic experts said her heart weighed “at least 600 grams”, twice the average.

His band, Foo Fighters, photographed last October, canceled their Grammy performances after Taylor died of heart failure as he was suspected of drug overdose.
Two days after Taylor’s death, Dave was seen in tears on his way back to Los Angeles and was comforted by loved ones at the airport.
In his memoirs, Dave described Taylor as “another mother’s brother, my best friend, a man I’d kill for”.
“Together, we became an unstoppable duo on and off stage, seeking every adventure we could find,” he wrote. “We definitely have destiny, and I’m grateful we found ourselves in this life.”
