Project star Chrissie Swan lost weight by eating clean and walking miles a day.

And on Thursday, the 48-year-old revealed the small but delicious lunch she ate as she continued her weight loss journey.

Chrissie explained that she likes a small bowl of shrimp and herb pasta and said she “won’t stop.”

“I also made it for lunch yesterday and I can’t help but think about it,” Chrissie wrote in her stories.

Earlier this year, Chrissie revealed that one of her favorite healthy lunch meals is the crunchy soba noodle salad with chili oil and avocado.

The salad version of Chrissie includes chopped chives, but other variations sometimes include cucumber.

Chrissie spoke briefly to the Australian Women’s Weekly earlier this year about her weight loss and said that the “giant” lifestyle changes she made last year have improved her life in many ways.

“I’m not going to talk about the size of my ass. I’m not going to tell you what I ate in a day. Because I read those stories and they make me feel bad,” she said.

However, he did confirm that the prolonged lockdown from Covid in Melbourne was the catalyst for his health and wellness.

“We couldn’t eat out, we couldn’t go to a friend’s house, they couldn’t come to us, we couldn’t go out three miles. All we could do was walk, so I did it,” he said.

Chrissie only started running short distances, but her fitness has gradually improved and she now walks for two hours a day.

The media personality who hosts Chrissie, Sam and Browny’s breakfast show on the Nova 100 stopped drinking alcohol more than a year ago as part of a health hit.

He also devoted himself to meditation and daily 10km walks to improve his physical and mental health during the 112-day block in Melbourne.
