The 29-year-old pop star shared her disappointment. She wasn’t happy with the producers’ idea of showing off their sexuality.
In 2015, the world heard the second album of the popular singer. The record was called Revival (“Awakening”). The cover was decorated with a nude photo of the singer.
As she said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, a nude photo didn’t make her happy. Selena refused to see herself in this girl. Gomez does not consider herself attractive at all and is still ashamed of her naked image.
“This is terribly unfair. I made an album cover that I’m still ashamed of. I was dealing with these feelings, which turned out to be very deep,” the publication is quoted as saying by the star.
In the past, the celebrity dated Justin Bieber. The gap also seriously affected the star’s self-esteem. She was even diagnosed with a mental disorder.
