Tammy Hembrow shared graphic footage of her birth with her newborn daughter, Posy.
On Tuesday, the 28-year-old fitness phenomenon posted a 10-minute raw video on his YouTube channel, warning fans: “This is my real, raw experience that screams a lot.”
The video shows Tammy being supported by her sisters Amy and Emilee and boyfriend Matt Poole after she arrives at the hospital.

She was then showered by Amy, screaming in pain as she leaned against Matt.
Moments later, Tammy’s sisters strapped a TENS machine designed to relieve pain to her back.
After 30 minutes, Tammy began pushing her newborn daughter out, surrounded by her family.

She was showered by Amy as she leaned against Matt and screamed in pain.
Tammy, who shares two older children with her ex Reece Hawkins, announced last week that she has given birth to a “perfect baby girl.”
“It’s the hardest but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. A non-medical VBA2C [vaginal birth after two C-sections]† No words,” Tammy wrote in the caption.
Birth story coming soon. For now I’m resting in my perfect baby wow love bubble,” she added.
Thirty minutes later, Tammy began pushing her newborn daughter out, surrounded by her family.
Matt also shared the exciting news on his Instagram page: “Our little girl is perfect in every way.
“My mom was great and very strong. It was twenty-four hours on a roller coaster, but inviting her into the world made everything better”.
“She’s adorable with twelve fingers,” she added, referring to her daughter’s rare mutation called polydactylism.
Tammy was also born with 12 fingers, and two toes were removed shortly after her birth.
Tammy announced in December that she is expecting her first child from Ironman’s boyfriend Matt, just two weeks after their engagement.
