The former glamor model was warned after pleading guilty to risking going to jail.
During the hearing, Katie’s defense attorney Nicholas Hamblin said there was “no way out” for the people in the public eye, including Ms. Price.
Hamblin said Katie’s guilty plea is an excuse, more specifically “an apology to Ms. Penticost”.
Judge Mooney said, “These are the first twelve words that explain why you are here today.
“He was convicted of molesting Ms. Pent. It seems that he has respected this order for two and a half years ”.

He added: “In my opinion, this crime was committed out of anger.
“The words he used were very offensive and incendiary, so the offense cannot be considered minor.
“In my opinion, weighing the aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the appropriate sentence is a mid-level community order”.
Judge Stephen Mooney previously told Katie, “He obviously accepted responsibility for this crime and indirectly attempted to contact Ms. Penticost despite his restraining order against her.
“I must warn you, Mrs. Price, that you risk going to jail.”

The judge also told Katie before the hearing was over that she was “in grave danger of going to jail”.
She was later released on bail pending sentencing today.
Katie was supposed to appear in court for speeding in May, but was postponed until July 5 at Crawley Magistrates Court because the case was not dealt with in a single legal proceeding.
As part of today’s ruling, Katie previously denied violating the restraining order against Kieran’s girlfriend Michelle Penticost.
She was accused of sending abusive messages to Michelle, in violation of a restraining order issued on June 3, 2019.
The order prohibited Katie from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly for five years.
At the time, she was also fined £ 415 after a “spurt of abuse” directed at Michelle during a schoolyard accident.
The prosecution alleged that Katie sent Michelle an offensive text message in which she made a series of swear words.

The message is said to have come after Katie learned of an Instagram post in which Michelle talked about how other people had treated her badly and how she had resisted.
In text messages to Kieran, Katie said, “Tell your goddamn shit girl not to start with me.
“He has a restraining order, so he shouldn’t try to bother me since he’s violating and I’m sure he doesn’t want people to know he was having an affair with you behind my back. This gutter.
According to the indictment, Michelle said the message wasn’t about Katie.
The court heard that Katie then texted her family members saying she had texted ex-husband Kieran, and the prosecution said a family member had told her not to go anymore.
