The 30-year-old, who appeared on the fourth series of the ITV2 dating show, underwent the procedure in secret nearly two years ago.
After suffering hair loss from years of personal stress, the star decided to undergo a transplant after “sitting down and crying” with strands of hair in her hands.

Rosie, who now lives in Manchester, revealed that her mental health was also significantly affected by the presence of patchy bald spots.

Rosie spoke about her decision to have a hair transplant, saying, “Unfortunately, my hair’s overall health has continued to deteriorate in recent years.”

He continued: “I can only reduce it to the level of stress that I went through for personal reasons.
“My hair has continued to thin out and I have bald patches, the general hairline has completely changed shape and I don’t even recognize it anymore.
“What bothers me most is that every time I wash my hair I find myself sitting on the ground crying with wet strands of hair in my hands that have come off my scalp and I don’t know why”.
Rosie added: “Hair loss is not something I would wish anyone on. It completely tested my happiness and confidence in general, and after Love Island I was blessed with quite a following instagram I don’t want to share with anymore because I’m so ashamed of my hair.
Although the procedure is secret, the Love Island star is now ready to reveal her amazing before and after photos and the process she went through.
In a series of images, people can see the hairline that was styled for Rosie before she embarked on her hair journey.

Seeing the incredible results of the procedure, Rosie said it was a game changer for her as she admitted she has never experienced such growth in the past 22 months.
After the operation, Rosie said: “My hair is like someone else’s head. I have never experienced growth like her in the last 22 months ”.
“I think that the PRP treatments, as well as the operation, have been very beneficial, not only for the transplanted area but also for my natural area of the scalp.
“Before, my bangs were very short and consistently protruding, and now it’s my chin, which is just great.
“It was a real turning point, that’s the only way I can describe it.”
Rosie told her 702,000 followers that she was still having checkups at the clinic and that this month she will share a video on her YouTube channel as she documents the journey herself.
