Vin Diesel said that work on the eleventh Fast and the Furious film will continue as planned after the release of the final part, despite the problems that arose earlier.
Vin Diesel announced the resumption of work on the eleventh part of “Fast and the Furious”, emphasizing that the team was able to overcome difficulties after the release of the last film in 2023. On the social network, the actor published joint photos and a video with the head of Universal’s marketing department, in which he was depicted wearing clothes with the inscription: “Fast and Furious X. Part 2. Los Angeles. Production 2025″. This sign indicates that filming will begin next year in Los Angeles.
In a short video, studio spokesperson Michael Moses said:
“Riding with Dominic Toretto. We plan everything. We found a solution.”
Moreover, in another post, Diesel published a photo of himself with Tyrese Gibson, captioning the photo:
“This laughter of brotherhood… Timeless. #Fast and FuriousX2.”
At the same time, work on the sequel is far from complete.

At this time, the final script has not been confirmed and most of the actors have not yet signed contracts to return to their roles. The exact release date of the film has also not yet been determined.
Universal Management has set a budget limit that cannot be exceeded: production of the next installment should cost approximately $200 million. The studio aims for a roughly threefold return on investment to ensure profits even if the box office is lower than that of the previous film.
