On August 20, the premiere of the new American mini series’ The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox) took place on Hulu, which immediately caught the attention of fans of the real crime genre.
This is a biographical drama of eight episodes, made by KJ Steinberg and based on real events – the sensational case of a student Amanda Knox, accused of killing his neighbor in the hostel of Meredi Korder in Italy.
What is the series about
In the center of history is the young American Amanda Knox (Grace van Patten), who comes to study to Italy, but a few weeks later she is in prison at accusation of murder. The series shows in detail how Amanda Vecht is confronted for his innocence, accusations and a lot of attention from the press and also investigates the reasons why the public and law enforcement authorities were so confident in her fault.
