The “Alien” franchise has been around for more than forty years and has long since become a classic of Science Fiction and Horror. Now the series was added to the films for the first time – “Alien: Earth.”

In contrast to earlier parts, where events unfolded on spaceships or distant planets, Xenomorphs will first be directly on the ground.

What place in chronology is “Alien: Earth”

The makers officially identified the time of 2120. This is only two years before the events of Ridley Scott “Alien” (1979), when the Nostromo team clashed with a nightmare on LV -426.

The makers emphasize: “Alien: Earth” is aimed at new heroes and will not rewrite the canon. But if the series continues for several seasons, it can bring the plot smoothly to the events of the original “stranger”.

In order not to get confused in the timeline, here are the most important milestones:

  • 2093 – “Prometheus”
  • 2104 – “Alien: Testament”
  • 2120 – “Alien: Earth”
  • 2122 – “Alien”
  • 2142 – “Alien: Romulus”
  • 2179 – “Strangers”
  • 2180 – “Alien 3”
  • 2379 – “Alien 4: Resurrection”

So the series becomes a connecting link between the prequels and the first photo.

The plot and heroes

The story starts with the crash of the ship. There were dangerous samples on board – and now the deadly threat was on earth. The main character, a girl named Wendy (Sidney Chandler), together with a group of soldiers, the place of a disaster is exploring and meets a frightening secret.

Spectators will not only see the usual xenomorphs, but also hybrid synthetica created by companies because of experiments. In the series, Timothy Oliphant, Alex Latter, Esey Davis and Samuel Blenkin are shot in the series. He plays the Battle of Cavalier, the head of the prodigy, who is ready to step over moral and risks because of the authorities.
