In an endless series of interviews, awardceremonies and promotion tours sometimes come to times when Hollywood stars suddenly say something really understandable.
At the Pete van New Heights, where Pitt appeared as part of the promotion of his racing film Formula 1, the actor unexpectedly stated that the best film of decades was considered “Maestro” – the regional tag of Bradley Cooper about the composer Leonard Burnstein.
What is especially curious: “Maestro”, although he received seven nominations for the Oscar, including “best film”, but not a kind of money hit or the subject of Universal Delight. The film has many fans, but in general the audience reacted indifferently – especially outside the United States. So what is a recognition of a colleague in the workshop, and even from Brad Pitt, sounds pretty tough.

According to Pitt himself, he gave the merchant a reward for the “Maestro” during the ceremony in Santa Barbar and could not resist the joke:
“If he doesn’t receive Oscar this time – nothing, he is already used to it. He roots for Eagles.”
(Eagles is a Filadelphia football club known for its series of defeats, for which Cooper is a real fan. Pitt himself drowns for Kansas City Chiefs.)
Given that Cooper had already scored a dozen nominations for Oscar and has never won, Pitt’s joke is clearly more bitter than a bitter truth than a light trolls. The Cooper himself once admitted that he would prefer the victory of his team in Super Bowl than the image of the film Academy.
