In the UK, she is best known for being one of Strictly Come Dancing’s professional dancers, although she grew up and became famous in the United States.
Karen, 40, has even started a relationship with one of her BBC co-stars, although she has a different kind of fitness fanatic now.

Although born in Venezuela, Karen spent her early years in New York and in 2009 tried her luck on the American show So You Think You Can Dance.
