“This is also evidenced by the return of the prodigal son, a prominent LGBT representative Vasilyev and his ‘friend’ Tsiskaridze, the ongoing tour of Kirkorov and other horrors that have not left the screens,” Shukshina is outraged in her Telegram channel .
Lawyer Andrei Knyazev believes that the aforementioned stars can easily go to court. And then Shukshina will have to prove her words, and not just make sweeping accusations.
“We have no class actions for defamation, protection of honor and dignity, everyone has to apply separately. But there is such a possibility, there is a legal perspective, because Maria Shukshina has to prove that a person has a different sexual orientation and so on. This is not a punishment, but a material payment of moral damages in the amount of 100-300 thousand rubles, ”the lawyer told the BLITZ.center portal.
