Oh, this is a cult film.
What sets Quentin Tarantino apart from other famous directors is his boldness in his statements and his enormous love for cinema.
He has publicly criticized major hits more than once, revealed forgotten masterpieces of the horror world to the public and, not so long ago, made it clear that he was no less interested in action films.
It turned out that the director is well acquainted with the work of one of the main stars of this genre: Jason Statham.

Speaking to reporters, Tarantino answered a question about which film he could call his favorite featuring the actor:
“That’s a great question. I think it’s… let me think. It should be ‘Snatch.’
Guy Ritchie’s film, released in 2000, reveals a complex intrigue surrounding a stolen diamond, involving several very colorful and dangerous characters.
Fans don’t need to be told who Tommy is, what pig farm owners are hiding, and why it’s impossible to beat Boris the Razor.
Statham played the role of Turk, a boxing promoter who, along with his partner in an illegal enterprise, had the misfortune of ending up at the epicenter of a criminal confrontation.

Quentin’s choice for this film seemed logical to many viewers.
Like his Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction, the story features tightly interwoven plot lines, charming criminals, and a memorable musical accompaniment.
