We’re talking about Bad Monkey, which has a 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and hundreds of rave reviews.
All thanks to the creative duo of Billy Lawrence and Vince Vaughn, one of whom had a hand in the creation of Scrubs and Ted Lasso, and the other of whom has long been associated with successful comedies.
The project was also highly appreciated by Russians, as evidenced by the score of 7.4 points on Kinopoisk.

The plot tells the story of suspended police officer Andrew Yancey, who one day receives a severed hand found in the water, with which he demonstrates an obscene gesture.
A sense of duty does not allow him to refuse a ‘cold’ case, and so the hero is drawn into the whirlpool of events. And what seemed like an accidental death of a fisherman reveals many more dark secrets.
