At the age of 25, the actress had managed to fall in love with the audience for several roles in sensational Turkish TV series, including the melodrama “Cranberry Sherbet”.
However, this is far from Turkoglu’s only significant work – in “Cranberry Sherbet” the actress played one of the main roles and appeared in 67 episodes, but Turkoglu received much more screen time in the melodramatic show “Trusted”, starring in 416 episodes.
After “Trusted,” the actress appeared in the comedy series “Just Friends,” although she only appeared in one episode. Turkoglu’s previous projects include the series “The Oath” and “Don’t Cry, Mom” - in which the actress appeared in 245 and 13 episodes, respectively.
Despite her fairly rich experience in the world of television, Sila Turkoglu gained the greatest fame thanks to “Cranberry Sherbet”. The plot revolves around a couple in love who dream of getting married, but first have to face the disagreements of their parents, and then the latter’s unwillingness to get along with each other.
