Not a cartoon, but a failure of failures.
And how can this “masterpiece” be compared to “Inside Out 2”, and even predict that it will make more money than the Pixar cartoon? My child and I were waiting desperately for the release of the fourth part of “Despicable Me”, and we waited until our death. We went to the cinema almost until the opening night, grabbed the last tickets and spat out the entire show (even the seven-year-old).
What’s wrong with the latest installment in the Gru franchise? Well, let me start with the fact that the cartoon is literally full of jokes. And that would be fun, but you simply don’t have time to laugh because they come one after the other like machine gun fire. And if an adult doesn’t have time to laugh, what’s it like for, excuse me, a child, who is generally the target audience of “Despicable Me 4”?
Further. No plot development. Same tried and tested and age-old animation, same movements of the creators, same characters, complete stagnation. It feels like you are watching the first part, but then a very bad, very, first part from a parallel reality.

The cartoon is terribly long-winded and the ending is a complete mess, but I won’t spoil it in case you risk going to this action and spending your hard-earned money. I found a review online from a similar viewer in the US:
“Great graphics! Fast paced story. Engaging throughout.”
So here it is. Don’t believe a word, it’s the exact opposite! Total disappointment.
