“They come to friends and colleagues”: the Zavorotnyuk family was attacked by scammers

On June 1, Anastasia Zavorotnyuk was buried on the Avenue of Stars of the Troekurovsky Cemetery – thousands of Russians came to admire the great actress on her last journey. And the next day the relatives of the honored artist had a sad reason to contact again.

Several friends and colleagues of the main star of “My Fair Nanny” received messages from the subscriber “Peter Chernyshev” before and after the funeral ceremony. The content was approximately the same: the ice dancer told about the death of his wife, invited him to say goodbye to her, after which he, of course, asked for financial help.

From the outside, it is not difficult to guess that the close circle of the late Zavorotnyuk encountered telephone scammers who did not hesitate to extort money from people, speculating on the tragedy in the Chernyshev family. Immediately after the funeral, a warning post appeared on the actress’s social networks.

“Attention, scammers! These are the messages that Nastya’s friends and colleagues receive.

Peter has never done anything like this and never will. He is also not registered on any social network. Please be careful! Do not transfer money to someone who supposedly wants to help the family.”

After the death of Zavorotnyuk, her family did not announce fundraising among the actress’s fans, preferring to cope with their grief themselves.

At the same time, as Olga Orlova reported on Andrei Malakhov’s show on Rossiya 1, Tatyana Navka constantly provided financial assistance to a seriously ill celebrity, as the cost of treatment was colossal.
