Helen Flanagan has admitted her relationship with ex Scott Sinclair was “very up and down” before their split.

The former Corrie star, 33, appeared on Lorraine on Wednesday as she discussed life with her ex-fiance and shared that co-parenting with him has been a “journey”.

The actress and the Bristol Rovers footballer split in July 2022 after 13 years together and have three children together: Matilda, seven, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two.

She said on the daytime TV show: “Co-parenting is a journey. We loved each other very much, but we were very up and down. My children love their father so much.

“They are going to visit him for four days at Christmas.” “Scott works in Bristol and then I go to Bali with them for 10 days at New Year.”

The actress and the Bristol Rovers footballer split in July 2022 after 13 years together and share three children Matilda (7), Delilah (five) and Charlie (2).

Elsewhere in the chat, she talked about taking part in the UK tour of Cluedo 2 – The Next Chapter in 2024, which is a major career move for her.

She makes her acting debut as “iconic” interior designer Annabel Scarlett, who will be on tour for six months.

Helen said her son Charlie was going on tour with her.

About Lorraine, she said of the role: “I felt it was time for me to take on a challenge. I felt that it was a good opportunity and I really wanted something to focus on in 2024.

The soap star has been linked to David Haye (43) in recent weeks after she was seen having an intense chat with the boxer and his girlfriend Sian Osborne in May.

Viewers revealed Helen – who has been single since splitting from Scott last year – was particularly taken with the pair, who previously welcomed Saturdays singer Una Healy into their romance.

The 42-year-old Irish singer announced the relationship in March and claimed she had run into trouble.

She revealed she was looking for a monogamous relationship but decided to date polyamorous David because their romance was “casual and not serious”.
