Joshua Jackson has agreed to joint custody of their three-year-old daughter Juno Rose Diana as part of his ongoing split from Jodie Turner-Smith.
The 45-year-old “Fatal Attraction” star responded to the 37-year-old model-actress’ divorce filing last month, agreeing with her estranged husband that they shared “irreconcilable differences,” in legal documents reviewed by The Blast.
The Dawson Creek alum said he also agreed with Turner-Smith, who has appeared in films such as “Queen & Slim,” “The Independent” and “White Noise,” about the terms of the prenuptial agreement they signed that they signed before the consummation of their wedding would be immediately fulfilled.
Turner-Smith’s divorce filing shocked the Hollywood community when the relationship ended after four years of marriage.
The couple started dating in 2018 – two years after his separation from Diane Kruger – and married in August 2019. Jackson and Turner-Smith welcomed daughter Juno Rose Diana in April 2020.
The latest: Joshua Jackson (45) has agreed to joint custody of their three-year-old daughter Juno Rose Diana as part of his ongoing split from Jodie Turner-Smith (37). Turner-Smith and Jackson were photographed at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in LA in March 2023.
Turner-Smith filed for divorce last month, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser is representing Smith in the divorce, with the actress seeking joint custody of their daughter.
The date of separation was listed as September 13 – just one day after the couple attended NYFW together.
She does not want spousal support for herself or Jackson because the couple does not have a prenuptial agreement.
In September 2022, the couple sparked split rumors after they unfollowed each other on social media – having previously shared several lovey-dovey posts.
DailyMail.com exclusively reported at the time that Jackson was “not happy” about the end of his marriage – but stressed that no crime was involved and that their relationship had simply “run its course”.
“Joshua is sad about the impending divorce. “He always thought he would get married and grow old with his family and everything would be happily ever after,” the insider said.

“He had the dream scenario in his head and Jodie was his person and the person he thought he would be forever.”
The source added that Joshua’s biggest concern is his young child as the Canadian actor now looks ahead to life as a father together.
“He never wanted that for their daughter,” the insider continued. “They are both wonderful parents and will continue to be. He is only sad that because of their daughter they will no longer be together as a couple. “They will always be connected by her.
