Tarek El Moussa says children gave him ‘strength’ to come out of ‘darkest place’

Tarek El Moussa42, shared a heartwarming family-themed post on Instagram on Nov. 9. The HGTV star included photos of himself and his children, including his daughter. tailor13 and children I bray8 e Tristan, 9 months, and admitted that they gave him “strength” in the “darkest place” of his life. He also praised his wife, Heather El Moussa.

“My whole world here in one photo❤️. I never thought in a million years that I would become a father again, much less meet the love of my life. But… the universe has a strange way of working,” she wrote in the caption. “Tay and Bray gave me the strength I needed to get out of the darkest place in my life and @theheatherraeelmoussa taught me to love myself and others again when I thought I was unlovable.”

Tarek also used the post to announce the upcoming publication of his memoirs. Change your life. “As many of you know, I’ve been writing a book, FLIP YOUR LIFE, for 7 years and it will finally be available on February 6, 2024,” she exclaimed. “This is an autobiography about everything I’ve experienced in life and no, I don’t hold back on the interesting details.”

Tarek’s latest message comes a month after he surprised Heather with romantic gifts for her 36th birthday. He shared a video of the memorable occasion and showed off many of the amazing things her husband has done for her, including riding in a vehicle filled with balloons while opening a bottle of champagne and talking about how wonderful she is. Then they would go to a house or hotel suite with red rose petals scattered on the floor and a chocolate-covered cake on the table. There were also framed photographs of her family all over the area. “I don’t know how I got so lucky…” Heather wrote about one of the clips.
