Vanessa Hudgens was the epitome of timeless glamor in a strapless black dress with a plunging neckline at the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards (CFDA) in New York on Monday.
Arriving at the American Museum of Natural History in her custom Vera Wang gown, the Spring Breakers star, 34, blew kisses to photographers and exuded confidence as she walked the red carpet in open-toed black heels and her deep red pedicure show off.
The California native, who gained fame for her role as Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical film series, styled her chic ensemble with a pair of Chopard hoop earrings, opera gloves and her brunette locks combed into a sleek bun.
Her floor-length dress features a cheeky slit at the front, revealing one of her toned, tanned legs as she poses with both hands on her hips.

Her latest appearance comes less than two weeks after she put an end to rumors that she and her MLB star fiance Cole Tucker are expecting their first child together.
On October 25, she denied speculation that she was pregnant in an Instagram video from her bachelorette party in Aspen.
‘[Eyeroll emoji] Not pregnant so you guys can stop,” she told fans in the comments section, which was filled with comments like, “Oh my god, she’s pregnant,” and another wrote, “She’s actually pregnant. “
Others defended Vanessa while one said: “For those who comment on pregnancy it’s rude. “We’re human! She’s happy, so please don’t comment on her body if you don’t want someone to ask you about it.”
Anyway, Vanessa’s video post included several fun clips from the trip with her friends, including one in which she wore a white silk wedding dress and a long coat.

“It’s wild,” Hudgens said at an event for her Caliwater brand in early September. “It’s crazy, the wedding industry.”
Vanessa is having fun despite the challenges, adding that everything is “pretty awesome,” especially when you consider all the decisions the bride has to make.
The Princess Switch actress was at a photo shoot at Zuma Beach in Malibu to promote her brand Caliwater when she revealed to People the challenges she faces when planning a wedding.
“My best friend is getting married too,” Hudgens said. “And she experienced it and I thought, ‘My God, clothes are so expensive.’ That’s crazy.’
