“Summer House” star Amanda Batula reveals how she overcame Carl and Lindsay’s “terrible” split

Amanda Batula not tiptoeing around the separation of Summer house stars Lindsay Hubbard AND Carl Radke, calling it “terrible” in a new BravoCon interview. But she also explained how she handled the volatile situation when she spoke to him Hollywood life to the big event. “It’s really about supporting each one of them,” he says exclusively to HL.

“Kyle [Cooke] “It was like a great shoulder for Carl to lean on,” he continued. “I try to be there for Carl as much as I can, but I also check in on Lindsay, and I reach out to Lindsay and I’m there for her.” The reality star also stressed that she wants to maintain her friendship with Lindsay and Carl. “It’s a really terrible thing for both sides,” she continued. “Ultimately, we want to maintain our friendship with them.”

The shocking news that Lindsay and Carl wouldn’t be getting married came on Aug. 31. “The two were supposed to get married in November, but Carl told Lindsay he couldn’t go through with the wedding,” sources told Entertainment Tonight at the time. The former couple got engaged on August 27, 2022.

In September, Carl confirmed that the wedding was off. “There are no words to express how difficult the last two weeks have been for Lindsay and me,” he wrote in a letter published by PEOPLE at the moment. “We are very sorry to all our guests for the confusion and lack of communication. “We are left trying to figure out how exactly this all happened before we have a chance to determine the path forward between us.”
