The chef of “All Rus’” prepares an ordinary product that will make you lick your fingers.
They say that you can lose weight on buckwheat porridge. However, empty cooked cereal can quickly become boring. Konstantin Ivlev knows how to make it tender and crumbly, and without empty calories.
To prepare:
- beef – 500 g;
- vegetable oil – 120 ml;
- carrots – 100 g;
- onion – 100 g;
- garlic – 10 g;
- buckwheat – 500 g;
- tomato paste – 200 g;
- water – 1.5 l;
- bay leaf, parsley, sugar, salt, pepper to taste.
Put a cauldron or a frying pan with a thick bottom on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil into it, put the chopped meat in a container and lightly fry. Then add a little water and let the fibers simmer. Then add a little more water, cover and let stand for 25 minutes.
At this time, cut the onions and carrots. When the water has evaporated, add the vegetables to the meat and fry for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cook for four minutes.
Add the remaining water and pour raw buckwheat into the cauldron. Let it cook for ten minutes and then wait for the cereal to steam on its own. Decorate with greenery.
