Liam Gallagher has raised hopes of an Oasis reunion after sending a cryptic message to his brother Noel.
The Britpop group – known for Wonderwall and She’s Electric – sensationally broke up in 2009 after a backstage row between the warring brothers.
Over the next fourteen years, Liam (51) and Noel (56) traded bitter insults in interviews and on social media.
But on Tuesday, Liam dropped a huge hint at an Oasis reunion by hugging his older brother and declaring: “Oasis until I die.”
He wrote: “Listen I love Rkid, he’s snooping around a lot at the moment and it will come naturally, he knows where I am when he needs one hug after another. Oasis until I die. LG x.”
Come back? Liam Gallagher has raised hopes of an Oasis reunion after sending a cryptic message to his brother Noel

The cryptic message has now racked up over 20,000 likes as fans began to pin their hopes on highly anticipated tour dates.
One said: “TFW you now realize what can happen.”
Another long-time fan added: “All I want is an Oasis reunion.” I need to see the Gallagher brothers on stage together again, I’ve only seen Oasis live once in Manchester and it was Biblical! Come on Noel, find out!!!!’
Liam then started a question and answer session
He replied in his typical profane style: “I’d say, what insults is that to you from Manchester with those bloody high-nailed boots on your plate over there? You should know better as we take our 3 b 2s very seriously. Take them off, and I’ll give you a little pig to take with you.’
Noel was left devastated after splitting from his wife of 12 years, Sara McDonald, earlier this year.
At the beginning of the year, he accused his brother of wanting to rewrite the history of their band Oasis.
Liam has announced a huge arena tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ 1994 debut album Definitive Maybe and claims he wants Noel to attend the gigs – but Noel isn’t convinced.
He told the Daily Star: “The last tour was not a happy one.” The other is trying to rewrite history so everything was bloody awesome. It wasn’t that.
“Last year it was terrible from Oasis.

Important Note: Liam exclaimed “Oasis until I die” on his Twitter account, leading fans to suspect a reunion

Typical: The brothers have had a warlike relationship since their time in the group

Excited: The fans on Twitter got excited and the tweet has now collected more than 20,000 likes
“You get a chance in life.” Why be unhappy? Whether in private or professional life, why?
“You’re just wasting something precious.”
Noel recently said it was up to his brother to make peace. He even called him a “coward” and insisted he would never call to reunite Oasis.
Speaking on talkSPORT radio, Noel explained: “Well, I put it out there.” [Liam] I don’t call… I mean he should call me because he keeps talking about it. You would have thought by now that he would have a plan.
“He doesn’t need to talk to me.” He doesn’t talk to me, he’s a coward. So he has to get some of his people, his agent, to call my people and say: “Look, this is what we think.” And then we will talk about it. Until then, he’s a bit dishonest.’
However, Liam later responded to Noel’s comments in a message on Twitter, saying: “He’s full of stuff, he HATES Oasis fans.” [but] don’t mind them buying his records.’
English rock group Oasis originally consisted of Liam Gallagher, Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan and Tony McCarroll – Liam’s older brother Noel later joined as a fifth member.
There were early tensions between the brothers since they rose to fame in the 1990s, but Oasis imploded in 2009 amid a bitter feud between the Gallagher siblings.
Noel and Liam have traded insults since Oasis split following a backstage row at their last Paris concert – Rock En Seine – in 2009.

An argument reportedly broke out, with Liam swinging Noel’s guitar around “like an axe”.
This was the last straw and the show was canceled along with the rest of the tour.
Noel issued a statement at the time: “It is with some sadness and great relief that I can inform you that I have left Oasis tonight.”
“People will write and say what they want, but I just couldn’t go another day working with Liam.”
In another statement a few days later, titled “Tales From The Middle Of Nowhere,” Noel added: “The details are not important and are too big to mention.” But I believe you have the right to know that the level of verbal and violent intimidation against me, my family, friends and comrades has become unbearable.
“And the lack of support and understanding from my management and bandmates left me with no choice but to look for pastures new.”
When the group broke up, the two quickly went their separate ways and their infamous, decades-long feud has continued ever since.
Noel revealed in 2021 that he was the one who sparked the bitter feud with his brother Liam.

Issues: Noel insists being in the band for the past 12 months has been “f***ing awful” and claims any positive turn Liam has shown in their final days is untrue (Liam pictured in 2019 )
The Oasis rocker told how Liam gave him clothes from his Pretty Green brand before it launched in 2009, but he donated them unworn to a charity shop.
Signaling the “beginning of the end”, Noel told the Matt Morgan Podcast how his brother “went crazy” when he discovered his clothes were hanging on “a mannequin at Barnardo’s” before he even launched the brand .
Noel recalled the story again and said: “Liam gave us a lot of shit, not just me, he gave it to the band.” I went straight to the charity shop and left it in the door of the shop.
“He’s gone fucking crazy. He said, “If you didn’t want it, you should have just said you didn’t want it, you bitch.”
“It hung on the mannequin at Barnardo’s a month before the launch. When push came to shove, that was the beginning of the end.”
In March 2023, Liam insisted an Oasis reunion was “happening” 14 years after the legendary band’s split.
The band’s former frontman is convinced he and his estranged brother and guitarist Noel are going to put their years-long feud behind them and stand on stage together again.
Asked by a Twitter follower about the chances of the Britpop group reuniting, he replied: “It’s happening.”
Noel admitted at a recent Oasis reunion that he would “never say never”: “You should never say never, [but] This would require extraordinary circumstances.
“That doesn’t mean these circumstances would never arise.”
The Champagne Supernova hitmaker was then asked how he and Liam were getting on, to which he replied: “Oh, brilliant, yes.” Really yes.
‘He [Liam] Apparently it took him a year to find himself.’
This summer, Noel revealed what he thinks the long-awaited Oasis reunion would look like if it ever happened.
Announcing another reunion in an interview with The Sun, Noel cheekily shared his thoughts on what the gig would be like, noting: “Me, Liam and a bunch of fit birds.”
