Shannen’s girls’ night out comes as she continues to battle breast cancer, which she revealed in June had spread to her brain. To make matters worse, she has filed for divorce from her ex-husband. Kurt Iswarienko after 11 years of marriage in April 2023.

Shannen initially kept her stage four cancer diagnosis a secret – she was diagnosed in 2015 before going into remission in 2017. When the cancer returned and progressed to stage four, she remained silent to continue working.
