Myleene Klass’ glamorous photo session did not go according to plan on Thursday after an unfortunate accident involving a cactus.

The star shot her latest campaign for Skechers in a London studio and took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes look at her busy day.

But the day took a turn when Myleene fell on a cactus used as a prop.

She filmed the results and revealed that she was forced to strip down to her underwear so her glamor team could remove the nails from her bottom.

“This is a first. Today I fell on some cacti during my shoot! YES!’ Myleene wrote on Instagram before thanking her hair and make-up artist and photographer for “going above and beyond the call of duty”.

In one video, Myleene stripped down to a pink lace bralette and black thong as her boyfriend, makeup artist Joe Pickering Taylor, went to work with tweezers.

The group couldn’t stop laughing as they helped Myleene patch up before returning to work.

Myleene is reportedly set to return to television this month as a supposed latecomer to I’m A Celebrity All Stars.

It has now been reported that she will be rethinking the look when she arrives at the South Africa show as a latecomer.

Since her appearance, a slew of female stars have attempted to recreate her iconic camp shower scenes.

Myleene ended up finishing second behind Matt Willis and is considered one of the surprise latecomers in the All-Stars camp along with Georgia Toffolo and Joe Swash.

Icon Gillian McKeith – famous for her dramatic fainting scene – Dean Gaffney and Andrew Whyment could also be among the show’s return in South Africa.

They would join previously announced stars Helen Flanagan, Carol Vorderman, Amir Khan, Janice Dickinson, Paul Burrell, Jordan Banjo, Shaun Ryder, Fatima Whitbread and Phil Tufnell.
