“Our Easter egg has finally hatched!” Daisy captioned the photo. “Ivy Love Saul, you’ve made all my dreams come true—our dream girl, I’ve never known happiness or love like this,” she added. “I can’t stop crying with joy, Happy Easter, my love.” Jordan also shared the photo, writing, “Welcome to the world of Ivy Love Saul.”
The couple first announced they were expecting in October. “I wanted to share some news with you: Jordan and I are having a baby,” Daisy wrote alongside a gallery of pregnancy photos, including an ultrasound. “We are absolutely overflowing with happiness,” she added. “I’m swinging wildly between excitement and nervousness with a hint of morning sickness to boot! Big love to all of you.”
The pregnancy news came just weeks after they got engaged! Daisy posted a photo of her and Jordan kissing during a walk in the woods. “This photo was taken this afternoon, moments before Jordan Saul ASKED ME!!!” Margaret exclaimed. “I said fuck yes…I’m officially your girlfriend and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you, my future husband.”
While Gavin has yet to comment publicly on becoming a grandfather, it seems likely that he’s very happy for his daughter, as he commented on her pregnancy news in October with a set of three red heart emojis. He also got emotional with her in January during a tribute on her 34th birthday. And the transition to his grandfather should be smooth for Gavin, since he’s had a lot of practice as a father. Gavin went on to have three children with Gwen Stefani, to whom he was married from 2002 to 2015. Last year, Gavin posted a rare photo of himself with his four children on social media. “Welcome to my world,” he wrote. “Best weeks at home with the best versions of me. Oh the joy they bring.”
