Carrie Bickmore’s ex Chris Walker is set to return to the dating scene following their split in January.
The TV producer has reportedly joined dating apps and is “open to meeting someone.”
“After the initial heartbreak of breaking up with Carrie, we all encouraged him to get ‘out there’ again,” a friend reportedly told Woman’s Day.
“He’s trying his hand at dating apps – he’s a bit rusty with his lack of experience, but he’s definitely had a lot of interest so far.”
The source continued, “It’s early days though and he’s not ready to get back into a relationship right away, but he’s open to meeting someone new.”

It comes amid reports that Carrie is attached to her hit FM co-presenter Tommy Little, 38, who is also single after splitting from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.
Tommy rushed to the mother-of-three’s side in January when she confirmed their split, leading insiders to speculate that something more could develop from their friendship.
Over the past few months, Tommy has sent Carrie several touching tributes on Instagram, calling her “the best in the business” in a post that “makes everyone around her look and feel good.”
Before her last day at The Project last November, Tommy also treated the blonde bombshell to a private helicopter tour of Melbourne.
He is often spotted at glamorous events around her, including last October’s Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) where he stayed by her side even as guests rose from their tables and mingled.

According to Woman’s Day, Chris has signed up to dating apps and is “open to meeting someone new”.
The duo regularly pose for cozy selfies on social media, leaving curious fans wondering if romance is on the cards.
“You two are a beautiful couple,” one of them recently commented on a photo of the couple.
“Now get a room you two,” said another.
It’s not hard to see why fans are hoping for love to blossom since Tommy and Carrie are already known for their electric chemistry.
Their professional relationship began in 2016 when Tommy joined Carrie on The Project’s panel.
A year later, the pair debuted together on Hit Network’s Drive show in Melbourne in 2017 and immediately gained cult status thanks to their entertaining and organic banter.

In January of this year, Carrie announced her split from her longtime partner Chris via Instagram and said the couple were focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie (15), Evie (7), and Adelaide (4).
The news came just a month after Carrie hosted her final episode of Channel 10’s The Project after stepping down to spend more evenings at home with her family.
Almost a year earlier, in February 2021, it was reported that Tommy had split from his ex, social media manager Natalie.
At the time, the couple disappeared from each other’s social media feeds and he was spotted on the dating app Tinder.
