The 38-year-old reality star filed for divorce last week, according to page six, saying her relationship with Michael is “hopelessly broken” and there is “no prospect of a reconciliation,” according to documents obtained from the vehicle. Neither Eva nor Michael have spoken publicly about their divorce.
The duo walked down the aisle in October 2018 and welcomed two babies: Michael “Miky” Jr.4, and independent3. Marcille also has a 9 year old daughter named marley about her relationship with the R&B singer kevin mccall. In 2020, Eva changed McCall’s daughter’s last name to Sterling. “Marley was born in 2014 and I named her after her biological father. After two months we separated and I raised her as a single mother,” she explained in the Rickey Smiley morning program at the moment.
“And then the good Lord saw fit for me to meet an amazing man, Michael Sterling, who became my husband and the father of my next children,” she continued. “Long story short, we all have the name Sterling, and Marley is the only one named after her after her biological father and I saw that it was necessary and Mike saw that it was necessary to change her name.”
It is unclear what caused the previously happy couple’s marriage to fail. Last month, Eva wished Michael a happy Valentine’s Day with a selfie along with a video of them rubbing together during Parents’ Night Out, as seen below.

Michael also shared a sweet photo with Eva with a seemingly heartfelt caption. “My boyfriend forever. ‘I’m so in love with you there’s nothing left,'” he captioned a photo of Eva sitting on his lap while laughing. Also, in Sept. 2022, the lawyer joked that he always wanted to grab his wife’s butt along with a photo of them laughing. “Eva: Why do you always grab my butt when we take pictures? Can’t you help it?” began in her caption. He later admitted he was “embarrassed” by the question. Eva confirmed the conversation, writing: “ALWAYS and I love it.” Unfortunately, his “always” didn’t work.
