The former glamor model, 44, appeared to be back in love with her boyfriend, 34, as they casually posed for a walk together before Katie popped in for a manicure.
The couple’s appearance comes just a day after she landed in the UK from Thailand, where Carl picked her and children Bunny, eight, and Jett, nine, from the airport.
Carl, 34, who she split from late last year, joined Katie at the sun-drenched venue, but he then flew home alone and she later described herself as “single”.
Amid growing speculation that they had rekindled their romance, the pair re-followed each other on Instagram on Tuesday, before Carl picked up Katie and her children from Heathrow Airport in his fancy SUV.

The duo looked very relaxed in each other’s company as they hung out side by side before Katie got her nails done at the nail salon.
