Brian Dowling has announced that he will welcome his first child with husband Arthur Gourounlian after previous surrogacy issues.
The Big Brother winner, 43, and the choreographer, 41, took to social media on Friday to share the exciting news, announcing that the new addition to their family is expected later this year.
The couple shared an ultrasound and a sweet video with the caption “Baby Dowling Gourounlian is coming” from the moment they heard the good news.

In the video, Brian ran into the room and shouted, “We’re pregnant!” yell. Arthur screams with excitement before giving his followers an ultrasound.
In the message below, they wrote: ‘THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for the LOVE and all the AMAZING messages we received from our baby announcement yesterday.
‘We have the BIGGEST smile on our face. But for now, we are deciding who should be called father and who should be called father.

Brian and Arthur got married in 2015 and moved to Los Angeles for a while after they got married.
They are very open with their followers and revealed that they were studying adoption in the United States before returning to Ireland during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
Brian told the Irish Sun: “When we were in Los Angeles we were looking for adoption and since I’m a refugee, I told Brian at first that I wanted to start a family.

She added: ‘My dream was to have three boys. I said, ‘Look, I can’t justify paying this much for surrogacy. I can’t imagine spending that much money, so why not adopt? “There are so many children and they will love our help,” he said.
The couple later returned to Ireland to be closer to Brian’s family, to whom they were very close.
Brian and I really wanted to adopt in Ireland when we got back.
“But if we are gay in the first place, or because there are not enough children to adopt in Ireland, or if you want to adopt in Ireland, we will be last on the list in terms of gay and age because we have closed some doors in our face. And there is a lot and it is really difficult for us. It got too heavy.
