Music Supervisors Guild winners are “Everything Everywhere at Once,” “Elvis,” “Stranger Things”

A24s Everything, everywhere, all at once won several awards, as well as Rob Lowry for musical direction on both Cha Cha really smooth And Revenge Sunday at the 13th Annual Guild of Music Supervisors Awards.

The ceremony, held at the Wiltern Theatre, celebrated industry excellence across film, television, documentaries, games, commercials and trailers. In addition, Paul Williams was honored with the Guild’s Icon Award, and Pilar McCurry received the Legacy Award posthumously.

EverythingThe Oscar-nominated song This Is A Life, sung by David Byrne, Mitski and Son Lux, won the Best Song Written and/or Recorded for a Motion Picture category. The film’s music supervisors, Lauren Marie Mikus and Bruce Gilbert, also won best music supervision in the $25 million and under budget category.

Anton Monsted of Warner Bros. elvis won Best Music Supervision for Motion Picture with a budget of more than $25 million. Lowry’s double was in the $10 million and under category (Cha Cha really smooth) and for films not theatrically released (Revenge).

Today’s TV winners have music supervisors from Stranger things, uncertain And It’s coming nowwith the song “Perfect Day”. You better call Saul and performed by Dresage and Slow Shiver, won the award for Best Song Written and/or Recorded for Television.
