Movie night is BACK! Love Island confirms iconic segment will return TOMORROW after viewers demanded revelation of boys’ Casa Amor antics

Love Island has confirmed Movie Night is returning to Wednesday’s show after days of viewers begging.

The iconic segment, which sees the islanders watch various unseen moments, no doubt to fuel more drama, will return to screens after viewers demanded the boys’ behavior during Casa Amor be exposed.

The segment was teased at the end of Tuesday’s episode with a short trailer that no doubt foreshadowed the show to come.

It comes after fans begged for the Movie Night segment after Sunday night’s episode, insisting that Ron Hall lied to the girls about his behavior during Casa Amor with only one way to catch him.

The financial adviser was accused of “chasing” the boys last week and leading them to infidelity while they were separated from their partners.

But when Ron was confronted about partner Lana Jenkins and friend Samie Elishi’s behavior during the episode, Ron stood his ground and claimed that he does no such thing.

Unconvinced, many fans took to Twitter to insist he was putting the boys under pressure and not being honest about his behavior – while calling for the scenes to be played for Villa to see for themselves.

In scenes shown the night before, Samie walked out of the mansion with Claudie Fogerty and Jessie Wynter to talk to Lydia, Cynthia and Layla who dropped the Casa Amor bombs.

And while the girls are picking up the dirt, the final trio informs the girls that Ron “pushed” their friends to meet the new girls.

Shocked by the news, the original girls were unhappy as they returned to the mansion with the new information and filled in for the rest of the girls upon their return.

Lana quickly told Ron that while he remained loyal to Casa Amor, he didn’t get along with all the girls.

Apparently shocked, he insisted he did nothing of the sort – he later dragged Samie in for a chat to clear the air.

He began: “I’m very relaxed in this situation because I’m very comfortable with the way I acted and I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that I didn’t provoke any of the guys.

Nothing of the sort: On Sunday night’s episode, he was seen assuring Samie Elishi that he supported her during Casa Amor – and denied he had ‘urged’ one of the cubs to mate again

“You know how much I think of you and I told the boys at the beginning if Tom pulls himself together he’s a doughnut. He likes you very much.’

Samie hugged it out with Ron as she seemed to believe him, but fans weren’t so convinced.

During Casa Amor, Ron was seen talking to Tom at the mansion, who was debating whether he should reconnect with new girlfriend Lydia or stay with Samie.

Fans also remembered that moment when they caught up with Ron on Twitter for the return of Movie Night – where the Islanders watched moments from the mansion on a big screen last season.

“The only person I want to catch on movie night is RON lying about telling Tom not to call back,” one viewer tweeted.

Another shared: “Ron needs to get used to being outside. This is the second time he has lied so confidently and effortlessly. The movie night will be pepper for him!’

The movie night/twitter challenge reveals EXACTLY how Ron told Tom to make up because Samie is too hot to stay single. Insecurity among men is indeed frightening,” echoed a third.

While one viewer added: “I swear Ron forgot he was on TV because we all saw him go after the boys (sic)”.

In the previous season of Love Island, the boys and girls gathered at two different tables when a large cinema screen was brought out into the garden.

They were given quizzes to answer in two teams, with the correct team choosing a clip from their time at the villa to watch.

The segment revealed exactly what they were doing, doing and saying behind each other’s backs, and was sure to set the mansion abuzz as a slew of new drama flared up again.

It also features clips from Casa Amor, in which the boys and girls see for the first time what their peers said to the bombers while they were gone.

Love Island continues on Wednesday at 9pm and is available on ITV2 and ITVX.
