At one point, he threw his hands up and it seemed like he was clapping and applauding the amazing show. He smiled broadly as he took it all. He wore a leather jacket with an American flag design and the NFL logo, as well as khakis and a trucker hat, as he watched RiRi perform.

Rihanna’s epic halftime performance comes at a special time in her life. She and A$AP Rocky recently became first-time parents when they welcomed their son in May and are now expecting another baby. The couple have clearly become parents and on occasion she has been seen with their son. Rocky looks incredibly happy to be a dad! The “Same Problems” rapper opened up about fatherhood in an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music on January 1. “Now I am a member of our club, as the main club. You see a father, you see me. I’m playing, I’m a complete father now,” he said. “You come home to heaven every day. I’m so grateful. God is good, man.

Before the halftime show, Rocky had a lot to say about Rihanna’s performance before taking the stage for that interview. “This is amazing. I’m so glad my lady is back making music and everything, and she’s back out there,” she said. “The Super Bowl is huge, and she’s the creative one. [force] she is, she will bring, friend. I’m excited. I’m more excited than everyone else, honestly.”

The “Umbrella” singer has joined her boyfriend in several concerts, including her first public appearance after giving birth to her child. It makes sense that the rapper would be there to support her for her first performance in years.
