Married At First Sight fans have slammed Janelle’s ‘Psycho’ brother Jordan for being ‘too critical’ of Adam after he admitted to cheating in the past.

Janelle Han and Adam Seed tied the knot on Wednesday’s episode of MAFS, but not everyone in attendance approved of the wedding.

Jordan, one of 28-year-old Janelle’s overprotective brothers, couldn’t wipe the frown off his face as his sister walked down the aisle.

But after he was seen gossiping about his past with 35-year-old Adam, fans flocked to Twitter to mock the young man for his “spirited” and “overly critical” behaviour.

During his vows, Adam confessed that he had made mistakes in the past, but his “wife” assured him that he had learned from it and was ready to move on.

This comment caused Jordan to doubt, and he concluded that his new brother-in-law had been “arrested” before.

When Adam introduced himself to Janelle’s family at the front desk and again explained that he had made mistakes, Jordan decided to pull him aside to talk about it.

“It’s a bit worrying that he keeps repeating that he’s had baggage in the past. So I definitely have some questions. There’s no way I’m going to release him,” Jordan told producers.

His hunch was correct when Adam admitted that he was once engaged, but the relationship fell apart when he cheated.

Despite Jordan’s exposure, viewers were quick to criticize him for being too critical of Adam, with one saying: “Janelle’s brother is a bit of an overstatement.”

Someone else said it’s a red flag to be “overly critical of someone dating your sister.”

Another joked about Jordan’s hair, a buzzed back and sides with a bleach blonde top, saying: “Jordan has a lot of moxie for someone with that haircut.”

Later in the episode, things continued to unravel between Janelle and Adam when he avoided the subject of his career and income, which she found troubling.

Adam is billed as a “business owner” on the show, but it remains unclear exactly what his online giveaway business entails.
