In an Instagram post on Monday, Jan. 30, the former Disney Channel star rocked a deep black mini dress with long bell sleeves as she danced for joy. She wore her platinum blonde hair in a messy bun for the two joyous pics. “Celebrating that ‘Flowers’ is No. 1 in the world again this week!” she captioned the post. “I love that this record connects in such a positive way and it’s a pleasure to continue making music for you. These accomplishments are only possible because of the listeners and my amazing fans. Infinite gratitude.”

Miley then provided an impressive rundown of the countries where her catchy breakup anthem is number one, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden , UK and, of course, it’s number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US.
Many of the singer’s 195 million followers on the platform flocked to the comment thread to welcome and congratulate her on her success. DJs diploma was one of the first, joking, “#1 in my heart.” “THE QUEEN IS BACK WHERE HER BELONG,” wrote one follower, while another commented, “Deserved beauty.”
Others went deeper with their comments, letting Miley know exactly why the song resonates with so many. “I love this song because it’s the perfect description of an independent woman,” one fan commented. “Most of the time women doubt ourselves, thinking that without a partner we are nothing, but this is not true.
